Does anyone knows how can I acces to old issues of The Pennant?

but I cannot find those anymore.

Some old issues are online at the website. You can also email them to purchase old editions. There are also numerous collectors who would be willing to sell copies to you know the publication dates.

They can be found underneath the Pennant tab and in Michael Fultz articles

It's been years since the PCA posted digital versions of issues on the website. Once the hard copies are gone, the only option is to find someone with a copy of the issue you're looking to acquire. Also, there is no comprehensive list of issues or articles. The PCA's approach to back issues is very different compared to the Writing Equipment Society (WES).
