Oh this is wonderful news! Worthy of a celebration, I'd say.

I'll check the new site out immediately, and to celebrate, maybe I'll crack open the bottle of boutique Sailor ink I've been saving for a special occasion...

Got the email from them that the new site was up yesterday, but haven't had a chance to see what they have yet (yesterday we discovered we had a pipe leak in our living room wall and there was water on the floor in the front room in our basement -- and this happened while we were in NYC over the weekend for the memorial for my sister-in-law's late husband... and we discovered it when I was trying to catch up on the vacation laundry AND the laundry from the past week...).

So happy that they are back in business.  I got to meet them at an early pen show I attended and Lisa Anderson is a HOOT!  (She comes across as being kind of mousy and quiet -- only then tells the most HILARIOUS jokes....)

"It's very nice, but frankly, when I signed that list for a P-51, what I had in mind was a fountain pen."

The Anderson's new website is up at https://cardinalpens.com and you can see their introductory livestream at the youtube link mentioned above.  The site has the kinds of things you'd expect including both vintage and new pens.

It's nice to have them back!

Thanks for posting this....😃👍

I wrote this yesterday but got distracted and didn't click "Submit". 😐

Meanwhile I'm so jealous of your 823.... 🤓

I hate to be a copycat but I have one in my cart  (with a Medium nib of course)...😱

I placed an order with their new website Cardinal Pens. It was for the discontinued Kaweco Skyline Sport in Pink. Excited!

Yeah, miss those two as well, hope they pop back with something new soon.

Yes, they are back and starting over.

Enjoyable and informative video (on TB) new introduction to "click here" --> Cardinal Pens and Paper. (first 5 minutes of the video was blank though so skip to 5:03 minutes).

Nice to see them back and having fun again.

Since this has now become a duplicate thread I've merged the most recent posts and moved them to the thread announcing the Anderson's new venture Cardinal Pens.   If you haven't seen it, you'll find the thread and most recent comments in this thread here.

Oh to have that translucent pink Prera! @migo984 has the Oeste series named after birds. There is a pink one, so I’m assuming Este is the same pen as Oeste.    Excellent haul. I have some Uniball One P pens. Do you like to use them? I like them enough, but don’t use them too much yet.    Do you or your wife use Travelers Notebooks? Seeing you were at Kyoto, I thought of them as there is a store there.

It's not nearly so thick that I feel it comprises my fine-grained control, the way I feel about the Cross Peerless 125 or some of the high-end TACCIA Urushi pens with cigar-shaped bodies and 18K gold nibs. Why would you expect me or anyone else to make explicit mention of it, if it isn't a travesty or such a disappointment that an owner of the pen would want to bring it to the attention of his/her peers so that they could “learn from his/her mistake” without paying the price?

Why nobody says that the section of Tuzu besides triangular shape is quite thick. Honestly it’s the thickest one among my many pens, other thick I own is Noodler’s Ahab. Because of that fat section I feel more control and my handwriting has improved. I can’t say it’s comfortable or uncomfortable, but needs a moment to accommodate. It’s funny because my school years are long over. Besides this pen had horrible F nib. Tines were perfectly aligned but it was so scratchy on left stroke that collecte

Awesome! I'm in the process of preparing my bag for our pen meet this weekend and I literally have none of the items you mention!! I'll see if I can find one or two!

@asota -- Yeah, I think I have a few rolls in my fridge that are probably 20-30 years old at this point (don't remember now if they are B&W or color film) and don't even really know where to get the film processed, once the drive through kiosks went away....  I just did a quick Google search and (in theory) there was a place the next town over from me -- but got a 404 error message when I tried to click on the link....  Ruth Morrisson aka inkstainedruth
