I'm very familiar with those - I'm just starting to photograph them for Steve Hull's forthcoming M&C book, and they are indeed superb examples! In fact I'm currently surrounded by dozens of extraordinary M&C pens and ephemera, a few from my own collection, but most generously loaned by other collectors contributing to the book. It is hoped that it will be published in time for the next London Spring Show in 2026.

I love casein pens, and M&C produced some great examples in patterns and colours rarely seen elsewhere, several of which feature in your collection!
