Lamy Violet and Waterman Tender Purple are the next closest possibilities I found.  Sorry - I went through all my swatches and nothing really stood out to me, just these. FWIW.

I'm actually on a quest for a Diamine Kong Girls dupe without the shimmer (and that's still commercially available). Violette Pensee is actually spot on, alas only when still wet. Purple Reign does look close! (also curious about Lamy Violet, but ugh only cartridges?)
