Opus Koloro nib width tolerances

Greetings all.

I inked up my new Koloro over the weekend. I ordered a B. The nib is stamped B. It writes like a F/M and appears to be in the neighborhood of a mere 0.625mm wide, despite the vendor spec indicating it should be more like 0.8mm. I absolutely understand manufacturing tolerance, overlap in size classifications due to same, etc. However, I feel this nib is too narrow to properly be called a B and have asked the vendor what options are available. What does the brain trust think?

I think it's a Jowo nibJowo F = 0.4.  Jowo M = 0.5.   Maybe 0.625 is B for a Koloro #5 nib?

Add lightness and simplicate.

Maybe. The vendor I got the pen from shows it as 0.8, as do two other suppliers. The JoWo website does not provide tip width measurements so I don't know where this info originated.

Waiting for my vendor to get back to me. Of I must I'll order a stub, I guess.
