Amazonbasics Ink

Got a lot of cartridges at an excellent price. I intend to empty most of them to have on hand for ink mixes and experiments. But it did make me wonder where Amazonbasics got their ink, does anyone know?

When I search for "fountain pen ink" I do not get offered an Amazon Basics product at all.  Do you have a link or asin?

Neither do I- I see a bunch of generic carts, but nothing specifically Amazon, at least with Amazon US.

That is odd, I can't find it either. I did buy them off eBay so maybe that is why. But each cartridge says Amazonbasics on it

I wonder if it a discontinued product and that's why it is no longer available.

Fountain pen ink is a really niche thing to include in the AmazonBasics line.  But there IS an AmazonBasics fountain pen, so I suppose it needs matching ink.

Correction - I just checked Amazon and the AmazonBasics fountain pen is no longer available.  Maybe it and the ink were both discontinued?

Imagine having an Amazon Basics fountain pen as a collectors piece, what a world.

Having rando no-name ink feels like a possible hazard for a fountain pen to me. Realistically, I'm sure it's safe and possibly just bland. But it feels like what I call "Bucky's Bullet's"

It might work for awhile but then "explodes" on you.
