Looking for converter for Inoxcrom Prime ("standard" international size)

I need a converter that will fit this pen.

The problem is that the inside diameter of the section is narrower than the international cartridges I have (Waterman and no-brand).

Inoxcrom's cartridges have a "ledge" that's more pronounced than any other international cartridge I've seen, to the point that even the standard international cartridges I have won't fit in this pen:

The cartridge above came with the pen and fits snugly, so I'm looking for an international cartridge that has these dimensions.

I think that Faber Castell's might do. If anyone has such a cartridge and a caliper, I'd be most grateful for the diameter. Or if other brands might work, that would be great.

Thanks!!!

Alex

You need the Inoxchrome converter.

There is no real standard for converters, only cartridges. If a cartridge from one manufacturer fits a pen from another manufacturer there is no guarantee that the converters will be interchangeable. Sometimes they are, as many manufacturers rebrand the same Schmidt converters, but Inoxchrome do not.

Also, Waterman cartridges are not standard (although they are close and fit many pens designed for the standard) and nor are the Chinese cartridges which fit some standard pens and sort of fit some others, but, although they look similar, have different dimensions and a different opening size.

Most of the international standard cartridges available in uk used to fit the one I had and the schmidt converter also fit and worked

I ended up ordering a Shmidt K2. I'll report back once I get it.

If it doesn't work, I'll try to file it down to size. Last thing I want is for this to become a search for a "grail converter."
