How much did he have to do with the Parker Pennman inks?

Markh, thanks for that pdf link. I had heard of the article, but it was behind a paywall so I couldn't read it.

      Bo Bo,  he developed the Parker penman inks while working as an ink chemist at Parker. His current version of the penman inks are available at his website, https://www.scribetc.com/  There are also two other articles about him from the Pennant magazine available on his website.

I recently bought some of the "new " penman (not called penman of course).

I have no affiliation with Leighton other than being a satisfied customer.

They are very good inks as far as I can tell.

Very helpful seller and safely packaged.
