An Old Pen travels the Pacific Northwest

When it comes to using my pens, I have a simple rule. Enjoy it.

Just went back from a road trip where I took one fountain pen, one ink, and a stack of drawing paper cut to postcard-size. And the photo below is what I came back with.

 

Yes, that old Conklin Endura did all the sketches, one for each day on the trip (roughly). I find that when I liberate myself from choices, I ended up enjoying using my pens (and the trip) a lot more.

Lovely work!  Thanks for posting the link to your blog because I was about to ask what ink you used (I have a couple of the Anderillum inks but haven't tried them yet).
