I seem to have inadvertently made a close dupe (“Noodler's Murk”), but I didn't have a formula and didn't keep notes, so...

 

Has anyone suggested Stipula Musk Green, or is that too brown?

I haven't, but I first thought of that. Is pretty brown. Otherwise Diamine's Racing Green or Evergreen............

It was made as an ‘exclusive’ for a specific retailer in Germany.

i.e. It could only be ordered from that specific German retailer, and not even from Diamine’s own website.

 

I have found this review thread, which states that the ink was made for Rolf Thiel of missing-pen.de.

They now operate as a ‘store’ on eBay.

Their listing (on the US version of eBay) for Diamine Racing Green is here.

If you do decide to buy that ink, I advise you to decant it from its plastic posting-bottles in to one or more glass bottles when you get it.

Plastic bottles are gas-permeable, and water and other solvents can evaporate through them while in storage. This phenomenon can have a deleterious effect on the performance, and the colour, of one’s ink.

Glass bottles (with caps that seal properly) are not gas-permeable.
 

Diamine later released an ink of a similar colour, called ‘Classic Green’, which they do still sell from their own website.

 

You may wish to compare reviews of ‘Classic Green’ and DRG/MbRG before ordering any ink.

 

Edit to add:

A comparison of all three inks can be seen in this review of Diamine Classic Green. Ignore the image in the OP, the scanner was improperly calibrated. Read the rest of the thread to see much better images, the inks on different types of paper, water-resistance tests, etc
