Pelikan Level L65: Yellow/Black, (F) nib

Thanks for the 411 on this pen. For some reason I am particularly interested in the L65 and the L85. Perhaps it's the fact that they're neat looking, highly functional and inexpensive. What's not to like? Your pic of the feakishly huge reservoir is a hoot!

Hmmm .. this is the 3rd time I am trying to respond to your question. My previous two attempts never appeared in this thread.

 

There is a very good reason that you aren't familiar with the Pelikan L85. It doesn't seem to exist. My current theory is that it was the product of a bad cold, very little sleep, and prescription cough syrup. I think I saw a picture of a yellow Pelikan Future, a Level 65 and then, who knows? Perhaps I was channeling a Pelikan designer who is working on the L85 that has yet to be.
