All 11 possess the same serial number -- KY1944219

All the same numbers on your pens is one thing, but when it also appears on mine it's just too much. 🤪

That aside, I'm also favourably impressed.  Diamine Prussian Blue suits it nicely.

Add lightness and simplicate.

Same stroke for different folks...

Until recently there have been no viable piston filler 146 knockoffs.  I've seen pics of fake c/c pens, and even fake Bohemes, but true piston filler 146-alikes are recent.  I would ask for and check closely the nib and cap ring engravings, and also check for a brass piston mechanism (I'd be wary if it's plastic or steel.  Plastic might be genuine, but it had better have a non-striped ink window).

It's been a year since I first posted favorable comments about the replica, medium-nib, 146 piston-fill FP in glacier blue.  I have 11 of them.  Even after a year of regular use of the pen, I remain extremely happy with this pen.  It is reliable, writes readily and smoothly (including the sound of the nib on paper), and is great-looking.

With another one, I experimented by removing its nib-feed (friction fit) and replacing the nib with a springy # 6 Schmidt 14K stub nib.  Once I got it going, it wrote very nicely.  The only negative was that even though I used soft- rubber-lined pliers to remove the nib-feed, the feed got a bit distorted from the action.  However, the distortion did not affect the flow of ink when writing; it just looks off.  When done testing this one for a month, I cleaned it out and replaced the original nib onto the pen.  There was no further feed distortion caused by this action.

Bottom line:  Great pen for an average price of $45.  Sometimes on Ebay, you can get lucky and get it for less in an auction or "make an offer" situation.

The Chinese sellers always send it with free shipping, but no box.  I also have noticed in general with all of the Chinese-sourced Montblanc replicas that the sellers very clearly identify the pens as "re-plica"; there is no attempt by them (so far as I've seen) to fool anyone to think that these are authentic Montblanc pens.  The quality and finish of the many special edition replicas has been excellent, and I have several.
