I just received this pen:

I ordered it Tuesday evening and received it before noon on Friday. Big Idea Design uses Amazon Logistics for no-charge delivery, but if this pen is ordered from Amazon, it costs US$5.00 more. The pen is the length and weight of a Parker XL Jotter, though only the diameter of a standard Jotter, and a little tail-heavy due to the brass "click" mechanism inside.

As usual with Big Idea's pens, it will accept a whole bunch of different refills as the internal length can be adjusted by turning the clicker button, and the tip of the pen holds a self-adjusting collet that grips the refill's tip, eliminating "tip wiggle." The DLC coating and shallow grooves around the barrel provide plenty of grip. The pen comes with a titanium double-ended tubular spanner tool for full disassembly if needed, plus a titanium keyring, spare spring, and spare o-rings (they help keep the business end of the pen from coming loose).

I ditched the provided refill (a black Schmidt 900 medium ballpoint) and installed a Zebra JF-0.7 blue-black gel refill, and the pen is now resting comfortably in my shirt pocket.

Edit: After a few hours of use and pocket time, I swapped the spring end-for-end to put the smaller end against the refill, and found that the very minor noise I was hearing disappeared. I also discovered that the collet inside the tip will pick up fluff and other debris from a pocket; worth the trouble to make sure your pocket is clean before putting the pen there.
