Sailor Manyo Fuji

I bought a bottle of Sailor Mnyo Fuji based on limited photos and a description of purple and amethyst. I was mighty disappointed. Turned out to be more like purple and greyish-blue or greyish-green depending on the paper. It was like a muddy nekoyanagi or weak 123.

The writing is more legible than this photo indicates but still not great in fine nibs.

It's ok. Sometimes it's very pretty. I don't love it.

Thank you for showing it!  It is not for me, but then it might look great in Pilot Parallel or some other insanely large/broad nib.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

I found this ink to be quite usable on Tomoe River Paper:

I used Sailor Zoom nibs or Platinum Coarse nibs. The Fuji ink was in a Sailor Wicked Witch of the West pen with a Zoom nib. Thanks to @amberleadavis for the Tomoe River Paper.

I'm still trying to figure out how to list all my pens down here.
