Regarding sulekha ink

Recommended Posts

I am wanting to order some sulekha inks. I have a combination of indian eye droppers and a pelikan, an omas and a pilot custom 74.

Since I have this range of pens, I want to get a sense of sulekha inks before buying. Can someone throw light on their flow properties, saturation etc.

Can you also recommend some of your favorite Colorado from sulekha?

I don't know as I do not have any nor have ever tried one, but from the linked review, it seems to me like it has some degree of outlining and a nice amount of shading. Let us know once you receive them what your impressions are (mybe write a review?). It seems like an interesting ink.

If you are to be ephemeral, leave a good scent.

I have one Sulekha that I use, the samarpan Ma... It's kind of a blue black, but when dried, it becomes a cool grey in colour... It also has water resistance... I use it in my daily driver

Sulekha inks are hard to find in Southern parts of India, I wonder how their black inks perform in comparison with parker quink black

Thank you, I look forward to your pictures when you get the samples.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

  • 1 month later...

I finally purchased the Sulekha Swadin in Blue and I quite like the ink. It sits with perfectly Gama Eye droppers that i have been using. Very usable and i did enjoy it. I will post pictures and more details a bit later.
