Refillable ballpoints suggestions

It's been less than a year since I started using a fountain pen in my daily life and I'm always carrying a ballpoint for cheap paper situations. But I use single - use ballpoints like BIC and pilot supergrip G, which result in hand fatigue (I'm pretty susceptible to it and that's why I started using FP). Any suggestions for comfortable ballpoints? Being refillable will be a nice characterisitic.

Montblanc ballpoints are the same size and shape as there fountain pen's.

 

There are a few company's  that make pen's  that are shaped like the Montblanc.

Graf von Faber-Castell, classic pens are good to.

My EDC is a vintage Parker Jotter. At my time of life, I want easy and stylish, it's cool, and I'm  happy to explain it to anyone who offers me a cheap stick pen.  Jotters are out there in the millions, new and vintage, and the refills still fit all models and are widely available.

Well , while I do agree with all the mentioned, considering OP's concern and requirements regarding the mentioned hand / wrist ( conditions ) I do not think traditional ballpoint made the best solution.

 

Contemporary and up to date Gel pen of 0.5 or broader IMHO made for better option together with a pen body with more girth , which should allow more relaxed grip , how wide it need to be , the OP need to work it out one's own. Or at the very least low viscosity ink ballpoints

 

For a start , I say Mitsubishi Uni JetStream Alpha- Gel mades good start , Zebra Blen is nicely done too , for Gel Pen , I would recommend Mitsubishi Uni UniBall One-F and Zebra Sarasa Grand

I like using Parker 75 fountain pens but a few years back I had some adapters custom made so I could use Schmidt rollerball or Parker G2 gel ballpoint cartridges in the same pen barrels. When traveling, I find fountain pens to be a bit cumbersome....the adapters allow me to switch when I'm in a place for a few months.

Grew up obsessed with ballpoints, but I agree, they're just for busy work now. I would say anything comfortable in your hand that uses G2 "Parker Style" refills, as others mentioned. Just because there are a lot of different refill options; gel refills, different colors, you can even get an adaptor to let you use a Fisher Space Pen refill in most cases. I think Schmidt's Easy Flow refills can still be found online, and a lot of people liked those. 

 

I've never tested it myself, so I'm not going to link the Youtube videos I've seen of people "hacking" G2 and Rollerball refills so that they can refill them with other inks. 

 

Seems like Cult Pens has the biggest selection, so it's a good place to research.

Thank you all for these suggestions. After going through the answers and taking into the account that this ballpoint is going to be the ''sidekick'' for my fountain pen, I have decided to aquire the famous parker jotter with a plastic lower ( for a better grip). I already had the chance to test an acquaintance's one with the ballpoint refill and I was impressed. Simple, rigid, slim (I love slim pens) and the ability to take different refills is what made me decide this pen.
