Well, you've certainly been busy!  

When I get to the stage of "I have too many pens inked up at the moment to be manageable" I tend to do one a day or so and give each one time to drain and dry.  
I suppose it would be faster if I got myself an ultrasonic cleaner (and did consider getting one early on).  But would still need a place to dry the pens out completely....  And even with the new bathroom vanity being MUCH larger than the old one (AND having drawers) there's still only so much room on the top, on either side of the sink.

I'll add to that list the Onoto 5601 plunger-filler, which was a beast to clean, since its seals are still iffy at best.

 

I don't have an ultrasonic. I might get one at some point for a few very specific tasks, but I mostly prefer doing things the slow, laborious way, and I have the advantage of a long and mostly unused countertop in the guest bath on which to stage things. I also like cleaning pens as soon as they're empty (or as soon as I decide I'm bored with them) -- some sort of weird fastidiousness. My car, on the other hand, hasn't been washed for months (shows you where my priorities are!).

I'm kinda like you on that.  I tend to let pens soak (nib down) up on the bathroom counter in what started off life as a votive candle holder (depends on the ink if it's ammonia solution or vinegar solution in distilled water) and then often go do other things in the meantime.  Then, once I think it's sufficiently flushed out (into a plastic tub designed for washing dishes), and the solution is flushed out with more distilled water (I use distilled water for pen flushing because where I live the water is very "hard" -- i.e., has a high mineral content), the pen gets put -- again, nib down -- in paper toweling in another votive candle holder to drain and dry.  

Of course, I also tend to do other chores (such as laundry) in a similar fashion -- I'll have one load running in the dryer while the next one is in the washer, and then go do something else (even if it's just watching TV) in the meantime....

For me, in most cases this is equivalent to complete disassembly.

A copper Kaweco Lilliput, which has always used a Caran D' Ache brown cartridge & was really pleased to merely bulb syringe, then pull the nib & feed to rinse well.

 

In the last week I have had to use the ultrasonic cleaner to remove some stubborn ink remains from other assorted pens.  I added this to the ever growing pens drying  wrapped in tissues. 

 

Perhaps I will limit the amount of pens inked up but I doubt it; it is just so much fun to fill a fresh pen!

Today's clean up is an MB146, 90th Anniversary.

These pens have such a huge reservoir of ink, it doesn't get a flush out as often as 'lesser' pens.
