I always meant to ask, what sort of converter do you use?  Pilot cons drive me crazy.

CON-50.  I have ~4 of them.  I also have 3-4 CON-40s.  Pilot converters (even the CON-40) don't bother me as much as they seem to bother others.  But then all my Pilots are either EF or F.  If I had a triple extra fat broad music flex nib, I imagine I'd hate their converters and stick to refilling cartridges...

 

Note that for the reviews, I always fill via a pipette, so I know how much ink I'm getting - not too much, not too little. After 2 years, I know how much I need to cover the duration of the review period (roughly - I always err on the side of too much, in case it's really wet or I get all verbose in a journal entry).  Also, the mini sample vials ASD sent me are too small and too full to fill through the nib.
