Below is the Amazon listing for the 21k version, EF nib.  I bought it this morning for $99.80,

That's a very good deal! 👍

I endeavour to be frank and truthful in what I write, show or otherwise present, when I relate my first-hand experiences that are not independently verifiable; and link to third-party content where I can, when I make a claim or refute a statement of fact in a thread. If there is something you can verify for yourself, I entreat you to do so, and judge for yourself what is right, correct, and valid. I may be wrong, and my position or say-so is no more authoritative and carries no more weight than anyone else's here.

I also note that Amazon has some good prices on the Pro Gear regular (meaning larger) size, fine nib.  Those only come in 21k nibs, which are larger than the slim.  As I write this there is even a Watrehouse for $141.

Yes,

The world of Amazon Warehouse. By definition anything returned to Amazon and resold is 'used' and listed under their Warehouse category.  But it is a complete throw of the dice.  You never know what will arrive.

I have bought over 100 warehouse fountain pens over the years.  90% of the time the pen is perfectly fine.  Often the problem, if there is one, is with the box, which I never keep, so I don't care.  Most of the time the pen has not been used.  But particularly for high end pens, Amazon has a problem with people returning a cheap Chinese pen and keeping the expensive one they purchased.  This is particularly a problem with Parker.  Buy a Warehouse Duofold, Premier or Deluxe gold nibbed Sonnet and there is a good chance you will receive a Chinese knock-off Sonnet.

I am okay with this because I am in the US and simply return the pen if there is a problem with it.  Amazon makes that easy and free.
