My local B&M pen  store told me that Cross is saying "the month of March" for availability. I have the rollerball, and am on the list for one of the FP.  They look beautiful.

all three versions sport a stainless steel nib, based on info I garnered from cross official website

which is a bit of a let-down considering they are anniversary pens

I have the blue BP and MP and they are very well made and look great. It doesn't really show in the photos on the web, but there is a lacquer over the engraving on the barrels.

I finally received a blue 175th fountain pen.

Seems well made and is a very nice writer. Makes an eye-catching set with the matching pen and pencil.

Some phone quality photos of my blue 175th anniversary fountain pen.

Pens come with a very nice little resin? desk stand.

The fit and finish on these pens is of a very high quality. The blue lacquer with the wavey engraving underneath really stands out and looks fantastic.

I personally like the banding on the cap and barrels. I have no idea about historical Cross pens but I'm guessing this is a nod to an earlier model of Cross.

The medium fountain pen writes smoothly and with a generous ink flow. As a bonus a converter is thrown in with the fountain pen.
