What pen(s) are you using today?

Today was the same early-80s MB 146 as yesterday, with R&K Salix, along with a Parker 75 Ciselé with Bungubox Sweet Potato Purple, with a medium stub.

Today's pen is a Delta Dolphin from the Animals series. It has a blue acrylic cap with a sterling silver dolphin wrapped around it and a black acrylic barrel. The nib is a palladium plated 18k gold fine. It is filled with J Herbin Bleu Pervenche ink.

There was chatter here in the last week or so about cartoon pens. Here's what I have: a Lamy Safari with a bear on the clip, an extra fine nib and Lamy Sepia ink.

For me, so far, one of today's pens has been another "cartoon" pen (the Parker Vector Looney Toons "Sylvester the Cat" pen, finishing a fill of Noodler's #41 Brown); and (to finish up with today's morning pages entry), the Sailor 1911S "Loch Ness Monster" pen, MF nib, still with Sailor Souboku.

Thanks! I’m trying to (slowly) work my way through a graphic novel (on a different topic), and I’m realizing what I need to be doing first is just a lot of drawing

  My Starwalker ran out of ink yesterday, leaving me without a non shimmer grey. To remedy that, I inked a Sailor Clear Candy demonstrator with Sailor Yurameku Seki in a hand painted converter by Quillypigs.

Today, two pens. One was a Diplomat Aero, green, medium nib, with Nooder’s Black. Then, I switched to a Pelikan M200, blue, medium nib, with Private Reserve American Blue ink. I switched pens because I just can’t get a good grip on the Aero section. It’s a shame, because it really is a nice quality pen. But so is the Pelikan, so all’s well.

Today, testing out a nib replacement on a clear Twsbi Eco inked with Parker Quink in black, and a smoke grey Twsbi Go inked with pure pens cadwaladr. I had some issues with the nib the eco came in with originally but im glad purepens helped me solve the issue. Im also hoping the feedback on both of them goes away slowly, im scared to polish them because i messed up the last one i tried polishing, but theyre very nice to write with. I prefer a thinner grip section so im still getting used to my eco and go, since their grip sections are thicker.

I was inspired by @AmandaW to use one of my three Snoopy pens today. The pen is red with Snoopy as an artist. It is filled with Montblanc Corn Poppy Red ink.

Thanks! I agree, it does look like a wood cut. This is my first time drawing with a Pilot Parallel, but I like the thin and thick lines. This drawing has sort of odd proportions, but I am sort of hopeful about this approach to inking future drawings
