Auto correct, my worst enema!

Oh poo!

Is it okay to say "oh"?, Er, I mean the other word?

Green Aurora Internazionale, 18k <F> nib, J. Herbin Bleu des Profondeurs;

Parker 51 Flighter, <F> or maybe <EF> nib, Barock Marine; and, if I can get to it today,

Montblanc Super Carrera, <F> nib, Akkerman Scharlaken van Jan Steen.

Back on topic.  Today's pen (so far, anyway) has been the sparkly purple/mauve Parker Vector, M nib, still with Organic Studios Blue Crab (last spring's swag ink for the Baltimore/Washington Pen Show).

"It's very nice, but frankly, when I signed that list for a P-51, what I had in mind was a fountain pen."

The pen is not only very nice, it should also be a dream for an owl collector.

A dark brown Pilot Prera with a fine italic nib (from a Plumix that was in a Pilot Enso calligraphy set) filled with Iroshizuku Yama-guri.

Will work for pens...

Gorgeous pen, and I love the owl. Brooks' work is amazing!

I don't know this manufacturer. I just looked up the pen and it is pretty and festive. I like that ink, too.

I think Moonman became MaJohn. It’s a nice pen to have, and can seem wintry vs Christmas. So that makes it more versatile than it seems.

I find the demonstrators to be particularly pretty, and there's a yellow resin one that is lovely. Still on the lookout for the Cranberry Flourish and the Frost Flourish for you.

Awesome! I'm in the process of preparing my bag for our pen meet this weekend and I literally have none of the items you mention!! I'll see if I can find one or two!

@asota -- Yeah, I think I have a few rolls in my fridge that are probably 20-30 years old at this point (don't remember now if they are B&W or color film) and don't even really know where to get the film processed, once the drive through kiosks went away....  I just did a quick Google search and (in theory) there was a place the next town over from me -- but got a 404 error message when I tried to click on the link....  Ruth Morrisson aka inkstainedruth

There is still chemistry for processing regular chrome (positive) films like Kodak Ektachrome and Fuji Velvia, but Kodachrome was a completely different and multistep beast.
    • Ceilidh
Ah, but how to get it processed - that is the question. I believe that the last machine able to run K-14 (Kodachrome processing) ceased to operate some 15 or so years ago. Perhaps the film will be worth something as a curiosity in my estate sale when I die. 😺

Take a lot of photos!   If the film has deteriorated or 'gone off' in any way, you can use that as a 'feature' to take 'arty' pictures - whether of landmarks, or people, or whatever.
