Or, you both say that you had eclectic taste in pens!

The pen of the day is the freshly inked evergreen Onoto Scholar.

The evergreen colour of this pen is that dark that it almost appears to be black to me since I am mildly to moderately red/green colour blind.  I have to really check which pen I have in hand when I have this pen and the black Scholar inked at the same time.

WOW! Great colors on that pen David.

Just curious, have you ever used Diamine Sapphire Blue ink?

It's probably my most favorite, and, I think it would go nicely with that pen.

It is somewhat like the blue near the green finial twist.

Furniture dealer makes a delivery to our house, looks around and says “You have an eclectic decorating style.”

”What’s that?” I say.

”Nothing matches” he replies.

Yup.

Yeah... No go on the Texas Live Oak....sigh.

I'll have to find something in comparison. I really dig that color, and I'm not big on green.

A

It is a nicely saturated green. Not so dark that it tends toward black. I have never been a big fan of green, but I now wish I had at least gotten a larger bottle.

Thanks! I have used a few Diamine blue inks, but I don't think I've tried Sapphire Blue. I'll look for it.

In reference to Diamine, and our conversation about green inks, I'm considering going with Diamine Green.

A BIC.

But, wait wait, see....my ring slipped off my finger & went down the garbage disposal. Luckily, it wasn't on so, used the BIC to help fish it out.

SUCCESSFULLY!

But then, uh-oh...the cat tripped the disposal switch &.....well.....

Can someone please direct me to the What Pen Are You ABusing Today forum?

I got 99 problems but a BIC ain't one!
