Hoping some one could describe the differences between the Pilot Blue bottled [came with a Pilot Custom 823], and the Iroshizuku Kon Peki  bottled inks?

In particular, @Sandy1 has reviewed both, and as usual she has very detailed, categorised descriptions of the inks in her reviews.
