Help with Esterbrook dipless desk set

Found a double dipless desk set and bought it.   I think I will need to clean or change the chain and wonder what type to buy.    Also is there a diagram or picture that shows all the pieces so I don’t have it leak all over the place.

thanks in advance

Looks like a 427

That's a nice set.

I couldn't locate a list of all the parts, but if the rubber washers are there,  and they are complete, not torn up,  you shouldn't have much trouble with the set.

The metal clips that hold everything tight are nice as well.

Send pics of it when you can.

I've restored a few of both types. I have some information in this thread which I started when I tried my first one. Keep reading down the thread and there are some links. Hopefully they will be helpful. It's not really that complex. The trick is finding and adapting the right size rubber seal. While this is actually about the 445, some of the same info could be applied to a 427.
