A bit pale for my liking, but I enjoyed the review.  Love that we have reviews now dedicated to flex pens.  You're making me want to get out my Falcon or maybe the FPR Indus... :)  (As soon as you review an ink I actually have...  )

Thanks for the batch of reviews, they are most interesting.

Awesome!! :D
Ahhhh...I once wanted an FPR JaipurV2, the Indus would have made the cut but the V2 beat the others out of the running.
This ink is everything I wanted "Sailor - Manyo Haha" to be. Blue with shades of purple and pink (though the scanner doesn't pick it up...odd).
The question now is....where to get full bottles of this ink lol. Everywhere I look online says "Out of stock".

This ink would be terrible in an EF or F nib but with a flex, you get some excellent shading and variability.

I like it, even though I usually prefer a darker blue.

That's the same thing I was thinking!
I think I love it so much simply because in a flex-pen it puts more down on the page.
I'm going to see if I can make it a little wetter with a little of the old "White Lightning" and get it to flow a little more...once I have an actual bottle of course.

Thanks for another great review!

I wanted to like this ink but the amplitude of shading is too high for me though I can see the appeal for many.

Awesome, no problemo! I'm looking forward to listing more reviews!
I completely understand, sometimes I like an ink that is consistent on the page and doesn't shade at all.
When that urge hits...I run to my Iroshizuku inks :D

I fear this is an example of dead by success.

TM Inks started as a small start-up to make interesting inks for the Philippine FPN, and for a while they were under the radar of everyone else. They would produce amazing inks and allow you to choose the ink wetness on top of it and get postage and handling for free worldwide with a nice envelope at incredibly low prices.

Then some reviews started to pop up and all of a sudden the whole Internet was buzzing with them, everybody wanted to try their inks, and the demand exploded.

I can imagine they were overwhelmed, they run short of all supplies, staff, time, everything. I can also imagine that drafting a business plan and looking for funds in the Philippines for a novel fountain pen ink company must be pretty tough. How do you convince any potential investor that the company will be viable and keep a sustained high demand and not be a quick flash?

So, for now, as far as I know, they no longer mail inks directly, sell only through a few resellers and produce what they can, which is constantly well below what the market demands, so it is almost instantaneously sold out. You may want to try with shigureinks and see if they can take orders in advance.

And yet, they seem to keep nice prices and quality. That tells a lot of them.

Me, I was lucky to grab a couple of bottles of TM ink before the craze started; love their shading and sheen.

Sounds like a lot of small businesses these days.
Conid included...

Thank you, I will petition ShigureInks for a pre-order once I have the funds ready.

Oh to have that translucent pink Prera! @migo984 has the Oeste series named after birds. There is a pink one, so I’m assuming Este is the same pen as Oeste.    Excellent haul. I have some Uniball One P pens. Do you like to use them? I like them enough, but don’t use them too much yet.    Do you or your wife use Travelers Notebooks? Seeing you were at Kyoto, I thought of them as there is a store there.

It's not nearly so thick that I feel it comprises my fine-grained control, the way I feel about the Cross Peerless 125 or some of the high-end TACCIA Urushi pens with cigar-shaped bodies and 18K gold nibs. Why would you expect me or anyone else to make explicit mention of it, if it isn't a travesty or such a disappointment that an owner of the pen would want to bring it to the attention of his/her peers so that they could “learn from his/her mistake” without paying the price?

Why nobody says that the section of Tuzu besides triangular shape is quite thick. Honestly it’s the thickest one among my many pens, other thick I own is Noodler’s Ahab. Because of that fat section I feel more control and my handwriting has improved. I can’t say it’s comfortable or uncomfortable, but needs a moment to accommodate. It’s funny because my school years are long over. Besides this pen had horrible F nib. Tines were perfectly aligned but it was so scratchy on left stroke that collecte

Awesome! I'm in the process of preparing my bag for our pen meet this weekend and I literally have none of the items you mention!! I'll see if I can find one or two!

@asota -- Yeah, I think I have a few rolls in my fridge that are probably 20-30 years old at this point (don't remember now if they are B&W or color film) and don't even really know where to get the film processed, once the drive through kiosks went away....  I just did a quick Google search and (in theory) there was a place the next town over from me -- but got a 404 error message when I tried to click on the link....  Ruth Morrisson aka inkstainedruth
