pensachi.com is another supplier of the Pilot 823 demonstrator, after Tokyo Quill. Has anyone purchased anything from them, and if so, how would you characterize their order fulfillment? Timely, easy, had issues?  Thanks!

I have used them before covid. The transaction was smooth and timely.

I would say the most critical factor is that  pens in high demand will be out of stock quick. The pen I was purchasing became out of stock within few hours after  my order. I am finding that this is common for some  pens like KOP ebonite (which has been out of stock for sometime).  They get them in bursts, not in steady stream, and usually the burst is few in number.

If the pen you are after is consistently in stock, then my observation above is a non-issue.

Good luck

pensachi is good - i have bought from them before.  as salmasry posted, if they have the pen in stock from the warehouse, time from order to dispatch is around a day.  if time is not an issue there are usually sales events with some modest discounts.  i found their customer service good with emails being replied to etc.

Ditto - happy customer.

The pen I ordered went out of stock, and they kept me updated.

Shipped a week later than I had planned, but excellent experience.

Email, customer service, online updates to status were all top notch.

Nothing but great experience with them.  Made multiple purchases.
