I got a pen plotter and finally inked up a Lamy with Pilot Iroshizuku today to give it a go. Here’s my first plot with this setup.

Impressive! 👍

I endeavour to be frank and truthful in what I write, show or otherwise present, when I relate my first-hand experiences that are not independently verifiable; and link to third-party content where I can, when I make a claim or refute a statement of fact in a thread. If there is something you can verify for yourself, I entreat you to do so, and judge for yourself what is right, correct, and valid. I may be wrong, and my position or say-so is no more authoritative and carries no more weight than anyone else's here.

Cool.  Always wanted to try one of those things, but for me, it would be like a kid with a new toy at Christmas - glee for a while, then just a dust collector. :)

Ya, I needed a new COVID hobby. I'm lucky in that I can do some of the programming aspects of it so there are a few dimensions that should keep me occupied. I got it as a Christmas gift to myself. I've done about 30 plots so far so just getting the hang of it.

You could use that for very systematic and consistent EF nib ink reviews, haha!

Hope you have lots and lots of fun with it!  If you ever need extra cash, you could probably hire yourself out to write addresses on wedding invitations, or something... :)

Speaking of EF nib reviews, the brand new out of the box Lamy EF used above is not really setup to my liking. My daily writer is a tuned Nakaya so not exactly a fair comparison. I'll try another nib on the Lamy next that is an F and see if it fares any better.
