Glass Fountain Pen

I’m looking for a glass fountain pen (not a dip pen).  I know Yaching Style in Japan makes them, but, being in the US, I can’t find a way to see or order them.  I see glass fountain pens showing up in search results but they are all mislabeled glass dip pens.

Anyone know of any makers of glass fountain pens that can be accessed online?

Thanks!

Not offhand, but I've seen vintage ones occasionally in antiques stores.  The problems of course are that I don't know what brands to tell you about, and finding pens of any type are often hit or miss.

You might try searching on eBay for "glass nibbed" fountain pens, but again, I don't know whether you'll have any luck.

Sorry I can't be of more help.

Just discovered the Wancher SHIZUKU pen — thanks!  I like the design, however, they appear to have a visible seam in them, which I wouldn’t like, particularly for the rather spendy price of $300 USD 😍  Functionally speaking, though, they’re just what I’m looking for!

Don't get fooled by this moonman pen. I recently got it and with glass nib installed, it works only as glass dip pen. I was very dissapointed.

As far as glass nib fountain pens goes, I have three vintage ones. Brand is "Haro" but they also make regular fountain pens. They are old, sac and one piston fillers. Be warned thought, their nibs chip easily and need replacement. It is pain in the butt to find right sized nibs for them. There was plenty of these available in ebay, but they can be pricey and need service. And those nibs are hardest to find.

There was the Wink Pen not so long ago. Handmade in Portland. Unfortunately they are out of business. You might find one second-hand though.

I bought a PenBBS glass nib fountain pen. It's not supposed to work as a fountain pen though, just a dip pen with a fancy body. And, it came with a second, traditional fountain pen section. However, I'm using it as an eyedropper-filled fountain pen, and it works - sort of. Needs a dip occasionally to cure hard starts. But in general, once I've got it going, the flow is adequate. I found it on Etsy, the PenBBS store there.
