Eversharp Ca Retractable Ballpoint

It's well established that a bic stick solution exists for the capped version of the Eversharp 64 capped version. I have not read of a retrofit of the Eversharp CA Retractable ballpoint. Any feedback on whether this challenge has been solved?

In one of mine, I took a *plastic* Parker-style ballpoint refill (this one's a TWSBI) and trimmed the back end off to an overall length of 8 cm, replaced the spring with a shorter one (~1.5 cm), and dropped it in. It's a tad loose through the tip of the barrel, so I used a sleeve cut from an old brass ballpoint refill and deformed slightly to hold it in place, and fit that around the tip of the refill.

 

There's a bushing down inside the barrel that has come loose in this pen, and against which the spring rests. Don't lose yours.
