MontBlanc Irish Green would be my go-to choice for a true, beautiful and consistent green ink.

+1

It's a very nice reliable green ink.

Pure Pens also supply samples.

Have a look at Graf von Faber Castell Viper Green.

+1 on viper green. Currently in love with that color!

Montblanc Irish Green, as others have said.

GvFC Viper Green, as others have said.

Rohrer & Klingner Verdura is also very nice. While it does tend slightly blue, it is a wonderful summer green ink.

Also, there are some great ink tools on websites that Anderson Pens, Goulet Pens and Vanness Pens have.

I'm not much for color inks, but I have a bottle of Visconti Green that seems outstanding to me. I call it the perfect Christmas green especially alongside Skrip Red.

Merry Christmas!

How about Diamine's Kelly Green ?

Kelly is the only ink I have dumped down the sink, for incredible nib crud like no other. Also the color is so perky and cheerful it made my teeth hurt.

The "Green" Ink that I try to match is one you can't find anymore. It is Parker's "Penman's" Green. As I recall that is as close to a true EMERALD Green Ink as you can get. The closest outside of Penman "Green" is Private Reserve's "Spearmint Green".

Unfortunately, I still don't have any idea of what a "truly green green" IS...

Out of my collection of greens are

Levenger Alway Greener (grass)

Levenger Gemstone (what I imagine an emerald green to be)

Levenger Forest

Colorverse Trailblazer in Space Albert

Fahrney's (Private Reserve) Spearmint

Herbin Vert Empire (too dark/blackish to be considered)

Monteverde Gemstone Erinite (my notes call it "bright green")

Monteverde Gemstone Olivine (notes are "dark green")

Namiki/Pilot 7 Gods Fuku-roku-ju

Namiki/Pilot 7 Gods Hotei-son (as with vert empire, too blackish to be considered)

Pilot Fall/Winter Shin-Ryoku ("deep green" in my notes)

Pilot Spring Chiku-Rin (noted as "plant green")

Platinum Classic Forest Black (likely too blackish)

Sailor Storia Clown (on the "plant green" side)

Taccia Uguisu (another "plant green")

I'll have to confess that in the case of Monteverde and Namiki/Pilot -- this is based upon looking through the bottles; I haven't actually run those through a pen.

I do not use greens, but had a chance to try some of them, Montblanc Irish Green is a great ink.

Seeking a Parker Duofold Centennial cap top medallion/cover/decal.
My Mosaic Black Centennial MK2 lost it (used to have silver color decal).

Preferably MK2. MK3 or MK1 is also OK as long as it fits.
Preferably EU.

Ms Redpen kindly sent me 7 samples so in addition to my own Visconti green and Cult Pens Deep Dark Green I've now had the opportunity to try:

Lamy Peridot, Diamine Umber Green, Diamine Woodland Green, Diamine Sherwood Green, Diamine Dark Forest Green, Pure Pens Glens of Antrim and Diamine Emerald.

Purely from a colour preference point of view (i.e not taking account of how the inks behave) I placed them in the following order (1 - best, 7 = worst)

1= Diamine Sherwood Green

2= Diamine Umber Green

3 = Diamine Deep Forest Green (a little too dark for what I was looking for but nevertheless a lovely ink)

4 = Diamine Emerald Green (a little pale and yellow for what I was searching for, but quite a nice colour nevertheless)

5 = Cult Pens Glens of Antrim (like Diamine Emerald - a bit too yellow to really hit the spot, but a nice colour)

6 = Lamy Peridot (this one was a bit too blue - reminded me of Visconti green)

7 = Diamine Woodland Green (this was my least favourite - a bit too vibrant!)

Sherwood Green and Umber Green are defnite keepers!

Thanks Ms Redpen for the samples, and to everyone else for your kind suggestions!

I remember a doppelgänger of Parker Penman Emerald: Pilot Mixable cartridge Green.

My only green is MB Irish Green and its great

I want to add yet another vote for Montblanc Irish Green. Of all the Montblanc Inks I find this one to be extremely well behaved, flows very well, nice saturated color, easy clan up, no feathering. A nice “happy Green Color”.

I’m not an expert on Green Inks. I don’t use them that much, but once i found this Irish green, I’ve been hooked.

I have become more of a green ink user in the last year ot so.

Among my favorites are:

Diamine Sherwood Green (recently finished off a 80 ml bottle.)

Blackstone Daintree Green

Sheaffer Skrip Emerald Green (almost gone)

Edelstein Aventurine

Edelstein Olivine

Robert Oster Astorquiza Olive

KWZI Pine Green

Astorquiza Olive and Olivine are the farthest away from what you are looking at. But still very nice colors.

Currently have Pine Green, Emerald Green and Aventurine in pens. The Emerald is a vintage ink and the others are current production.
