Do you have a favourite?

The Palladium is the nicest to write with. The matte metal section is the perfect middle-ground between the black plastic section of the Stainless Steel, and the chrome section of all the other Studio models.

The Wild Rubin is my favourite to look at. I love a shiny, red pen. :)

I have an Anthracite Studio, from about 2014/2015 (I think).

Matt dark grey (almost black); chrome section (that I have swapped for a black plastic section).

It has a broad gold nib, that I have had ground to a LO-CI by John Sorowka.

Beautiful pen — I love it.

Really nice collection, there are many I had no idea existed.

Very nice indeed! I’m totally with you re: the palladium version.

Thats the Platinum Grey from my photo, I think? Wouldnt be surprised if it were marketed as Anthracite in other markets.

Would love to see a photo if you think it might be different?

Wow, nice collection. I only have the brushed stainless steel version. It's a great pen. I did spring for some extra nibs though, so I have a F, M, B, 1.1 and 1.5 for it!

Wow Thanks for Sharing, Don't See the Olive in there.

You mean 2018s green special edition? Thats the one I have labelled the Savannah Green. It looks very bright in the sunlight in this photo.

Such a nice collection! I'm considering getting the Stainless steel (for the grip section, unfortunately metal/aluminium grips and I are not compatible :/) and maybe later the blue or a special edition if that comes along and swapping the grips, since I assume they are interchangeable?

The new Aquamarine doesn't interest me that much but maybe a teal version will come along our way. :)

Im curious what you would make of the Palladium models matte metal grip. Its my favourite in terms of hand feel!

Yep they are. The Wild Rubin with the black plastic grip from the Brushed Stainless Steel makes for an especially nice combo!

I bow.

I should have gotten both of those reds when they came online but, heck, seemed like way too much money for a pen especially when I was having so much fun with my AlStars. I made sure I got the red Aion this year!

I ride a recumbent, I play go, I use Macintosh so of course I use a fountain pen.

If they let me handle that next time I'm in the shop that sells them here, I'll report back. :D

I had the chance to try out the Lamy Studio since and its grip is not bad so I guess I need to re-think this. And Lamy needs to make a lighter violet (bluish hue) from the Studio asap!
