Aloha - Hawaiian Stationery Shops?

G'day Aloha and hello. I am heading to Hawaii soon for a holiday. Can anyone recommend any pen, paper or stationery places worth looking at? Google has given me a few but there is nothing better than recommendations from folk who have 'been there, done that'. I am just visiting the main island (Honolulu).

 

Any advice appreciated.

Any other suggestions for stationery in Hawaii? Thought there may have been a few more comments.

You may have a little more luck if you search by the island's name (Oahu, or O'ahu if pedantic) rather than the name of the city/county (Honolulu).

 

Unfortunately a lot of places aren't around anymore from when I was living there, but there should still be a variety of Japanese stationery shops or book shops with a lot of suitable things for fountain pen users. Hakubundo might still have existing stores, and possibly also Kinokuniya--I used to get some nice origami paper there when I was in high school. I didn't know anything about fountain pens back then, but I have heard there was a Honolulu Pen Shop... no idea what it is/was like or if it is still there.

Just thought I would give this a bump. I'm off in a few days. Thought there would be more suggestions on where to check out stationery, pens ect. Any last suggestions?
