Colorverse Gravity Wave

Recommended Posts

Gravity Wave is one of those popular “blue-green-teal and even better with red sheen” inks (so popular that Robert Oster now has 2834 inks in this colour range) that I’m really not fond of. Gravity Wave writes rather smooth with medium flow.

Comparison
(Maruman looseleaf. I looked everywhere in my stash of inks and samples and I couldn’t find another one blue-green to compare, except a sample of KWZI Menthol Green. And please ignore the Blackstone Blue Cypress. The sample has dried out in the vial and became too concentrated.)

Thanks for reminding me why I love this ink and am not sorry for splurging on it...

Boy, that is one sheen. The ink's name itself was a good choice.

was underwhelmed with this as a sample. I much prefer 3 oysters aqua blue. half the freakin' price.

LG you give great reviews!

Vis - I know you and I aren't buying this ink. :)

I know Colorverse inks appear to be expensive, but when you factor the two bottles and the actual ink volume, they are a much better buy than I had expected. I've inked up Super Nova from a sample and I purchased Quasar (blurple). I'll keep you informed but so far, so good.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

I have Quasar also and I love it. It's not even so much the ink as the whole package. The names and physics themes were a big part of my enjoyment, but the ink itself is not bad, and I love me those bottles, and the tiny ones are so much fun.
