Newbie(Ish) Want The Smoothest Nib

Would you consider noodlers black wet?

 

Noodler's Black and Heart of Darkness are, to me, a pair of black inks.

NB is a little thicker, a little drier, and works better on poorer papers.

HOD is a little thinner, a little wetter, and works better on better papers and drier pens.

 

Choose one or t'other depending on your pen and paper combination.

Then avoid Platinum and Sailors, and probably Aurora. The rest should be quite fine.

 

Faber Castell, Kaweco, Pelikan are what I might get.
