Just got this vid in the emailing from Anderson Pens. I love the look of these notebooks with a new cream option from Clairefontaine. What do you think?

These look nice but theres a lot of really good competition in A5 notebooks. Im hoping manufacturers produce a few more good 8.5x11 notepad options.

Interesting! There's only one Clairefontaine. Hopefully they will do blank, dot, and not just lined.

I'm good with lined and love clairefontaine paper. May have to pick one of these up.. Because I really need another notebook in the pile!☺

Interested in feedback re paper quality. I am Clairefontaine's biggest fan but I picked up an A5 thread bound with ivory paper. the notebook is fantastic design but the paper tends to dry my nib as I write. Doesn't happen with many papers but certainly does with this notebook. Anyone else have this experience?

Huh. I only own a white pad and a couple of white notebooks. No problem there.

I am a big Clairefontaine user. They are my everyday notebooks, all with white paper. Bought one of the new style with ivory paper and the paper is not quite the same. Tends to dry my nib as I write unlike the white paper that is perfect for me. White continues to be the best paper I have used. Love Clairefontaine.

Sigh - yet another lined option. With the Black n Red notebooks, I just don't see the need for yet another lined notebook. C'mon Clairefontaine, where are the grids?
