Fountain Pen Friendly Cards

Good afternoon and happy holidays:

I am looking for some fountain pen friendly cards. I would like to have something smaller than a 3 X 5 card-on the order of a business card. That way I can keep a stash in my wallet for when I need them.

I have seen that Levenger has what they call wallet cards-I have bought things from Levenger in the past, but in general I can find the things that they sell, or equivalents, for much lower prices elsewhere so this isn't my top choice.

Does anyone know of a good source for business card size cards that are fountain pen friendly?

I could use business cards, which is a pretty reasonable solution-you can buy them pretty cheap-but I am not sure about how fountain pen friendly the card stock is. Does anyone know of a company that uses a card stock for their business cards that is fountain pen friendly?

Hope that everyone has a good holiday. I am looking at the snow out the window and wondering when I will have to go out and clear the driveway.

Inkyhands.

Of course we don't know where inkyhands is located. But here in the Eastern US, it's *still* Christmas Day (6:40 PM EST).

Just buy whatever card stock you like and take it to your local copy shop (Kinkos or whatever) and have them cut you whatever size you want.

I may not have been much help, but I DID bump your thread up to the top.

Nock has what your looking for. I've been very pleased with their FP Friendly Paper. Usual disclaimers apply, no affiliation or opther relationship, deals with Nock. Just a super pleased customer who seems to find many of their items a must have. They have regular 3 x 5 cards, a petite you wanted and a Gigante too.

Just to clarify for inkypete and inkstainedruth, I live in the United States, in a small town in the midwest where we have recently gotten about 9 inches of snow.

Many thanks for the responses, I am going to take a look at Nock to see what they have. I am also going to look into the idea of buying card stock and getting it cut to the size I want. Both are great ideas.

What a contrast. I am in Melbourne with temperatures around 34c on some days. Hope you find the card stock you are looking for. When you do - stock up.

For FP friendliness, I can recommend these 2 x 3 1/2 business size cards:

https://www.lcipaper.com/2x3-business-cards.html?sku=BCLCI-T

LCI Paper Co. in eastern Massachusetts.

I've used these in the past to great effect and found them much preferable to Levenger's wallet cards in that these are smoother and less prone to feathering. They come in white and ecru. LCI also offers a sample option.

I'm not monetarily incentivized to recommend this product in any way. Rather, this might cost me, since this topic reminds me I'm out of these now and must get more...!
