The Parker Premier was offered in solid 18k gold, with a matching ballpoint. I have the set. Any of the numerous nibs for the 75 can be used with this pen.

They are usually designated 'Presidential' - I think most post-war top-of-the-range models were available (51, 61, 75, Premier, Duofold). More likely to find them in 9ct than 18ct, as 18ct is a little softer and stands up less well to wear and tear.

Note that the gold content was different for different markets. 9K was just for the UK. 14K is the most common, as it was standard for USA production (and widely exported as well). 18K was the minimum gold standard for France and a few other places, and was also offered as a higher-end option in the UK.
