Just got an email from PenChalet and had never seen this ink before. I found ONE review out there and looks like it sheens like crazy. Anyone have any experience with his ink or anyone of their other inks?

Sounds interesting. I always wonder how do you make an ink organic? I must look up this ink to see a swatch of it. There are as many inks out there now as stars in the sky.

I haven't tried it & wasn't even aware of it; I thank you for bringing it to our attention! How can I say no to this SHEEN or to the generous discounted price available from Pen Chalet? I couldn't & now I will be able to try it, thanks to this post!

I bought this ink as soon as I saw a post on Instagram. It sheens like crazy on lots of different papers! So far I'm enjoying it but haven't used it enough for a good review.

The name of the company/brand is actually Organics Studio, as in Organic Chemistry, or Organic Molecules. Has nothing to do with organic food or it's production.

Please let us know what you think as you keep using it. Is the base color blue?? Green?

That's a good question -- especially after seeing the video of the chromatography.

This is a new one on me. I'm going to have to look up Pen Chalet's website (I thought I got their emails but don't remember seeing this) and check out what they say about the ink.

Does this ink have any water resistance?

I haven't used it, but my guess would be no.

It is on Massdrop currently. I saw something on it today.

I emailed the reviewer on the squishyink blog. She indicated little to no water resistance, just as I expected.

It barely even has moist hand resistance so I would bet no. The ink will smudge if touched, even hours after dry. Beautiful color but not the best behaved.
