M405 Stresemann, B nib, with KWZI Chicago Blue LE. Possibly an ink that's too dry for a Pelikan (I would have not thought that possible to say for any ink...). But it is a lovely blue.

I flushed the KWZ Maroon from the M405 and filled it with Take-sumi. The Maroon looked better. :(

I've enjoyed my "new" OM 400NN tortoise, so much, I've inked my OB 400 tortoise. I'm using Pelikan Smoky Quartz. it isn't as saturated as my usual inks, but I'm enjoying its antique look.

My One and only newcomer to my collection. Pelikan M200, Classic marble green pen with a Fine nib.

I have inked the pen since I started the pen with Pelikan Edelstein Smoky Quarts ink.

I have found another 22 pens inked with diamine/ Noodlers/ Waterman inks. Time to sort out pens and clean some up. :)

Today, I used my green stripe M600, with broad italic by Pendleton Brown, with Monteverdi Horizon Blue, my black, with gold furniture M800 with medium italic by Pendleton Brown, with Monteverdi Olivine, my 400NN tortoise, with OM, with Robert Oster Lake of Fire, and my 400 tortoise, with OB, with Pelikan Smoky Quartz. They are all superb writers, and very different. I love each writing sensation. I also have a maroon 140, with a semi flex fine, inked with Pelikan Aventurine.

My brand new 200 Brown Marbled, inked with L'Atison Brun Ours...a grayed brown sample that came with the pen, close to a R&K Sepia.

My 150 M has the old discontinued 4001 Brilliant Green.

Both my green marbled lacquer pens both regular flex F's, the a 381 has Amethyst ink cartridge and Celebry with Kaweco Caramel cartridge.

EDC flock... dropped the black Pelikan 140 (M) in favor of a more broad nibbed pen (100N). I think these strike a great balance for everyday/common writing needs (no real room for BB/BBB nibs even though they are great fun).

Also, been loving the new ink mix I made out of Pelikan 4001 series inks which is:

- 2 parts Blue Black,

- 1 part Turquoise and

- 1 part of distilled water.

Pelikan 100N Green (B) inked with Pelikan 4001 BB/Turquoise/H2O mix,

Pelikan 100N Black (EEF) inked with the same and

Pelikan 400NN Schildpatt/Tortoise (OF) inked with MB BB/Caran d'Ache Hypnotic Turquoise/H2O mix.

Since I got my 400NN tortoise, with OM, at the Columbus Pen Show, I have used it more than any pen I have. My usual EDCs are still inked, and I use them nearly everyday. But, I use the 400NN, inked with Oster's Lake of Fire, an hour or more everyday. I like the ink, but it is the pen that keeps it in my hand. I love this pen. And, having my 400 tortoise inked beside it, only adds to the fun.

Besides the M405 Stresemann, B nibs (still with KWZI Chicago Blue LE), I've added the M400 Brown Tortoise, F nib (Visconti Brown [sepia?] and the green M100, 1 mm, with Diamine Shimmer Lilac Satin.

I have a dilemma. I want to try a different ink, I want to keep the Robert Oster in my tortoise 400NN, the 140 with Aventurine, the M605 with Asa Gao, the M600 with Monteverde Blue Horizon, and the M800 with MonteVerde Olivine. These have received several refills. My tortoise 400 with Sailor Rykua-cha is the problem. It's ok, but it doesn't show the potential of the pen's OM nib, which is exquisite. I have read where many love the ink. I must have a carefree existence if this is a problem worth writing about.

Oh to have that translucent pink Prera! @migo984 has the Oeste series named after birds. There is a pink one, so I’m assuming Este is the same pen as Oeste.    Excellent haul. I have some Uniball One P pens. Do you like to use them? I like them enough, but don’t use them too much yet.    Do you or your wife use Travelers Notebooks? Seeing you were at Kyoto, I thought of them as there is a store there.

It's not nearly so thick that I feel it comprises my fine-grained control, the way I feel about the Cross Peerless 125 or some of the high-end TACCIA Urushi pens with cigar-shaped bodies and 18K gold nibs. Why would you expect me or anyone else to make explicit mention of it, if it isn't a travesty or such a disappointment that an owner of the pen would want to bring it to the attention of his/her peers so that they could “learn from his/her mistake” without paying the price?

Why nobody says that the section of Tuzu besides triangular shape is quite thick. Honestly it’s the thickest one among my many pens, other thick I own is Noodler’s Ahab. Because of that fat section I feel more control and my handwriting has improved. I can’t say it’s comfortable or uncomfortable, but needs a moment to accommodate. It’s funny because my school years are long over. Besides this pen had horrible F nib. Tines were perfectly aligned but it was so scratchy on left stroke that collecte

Awesome! I'm in the process of preparing my bag for our pen meet this weekend and I literally have none of the items you mention!! I'll see if I can find one or two!

@asota -- Yeah, I think I have a few rolls in my fridge that are probably 20-30 years old at this point (don't remember now if they are B&W or color film) and don't even really know where to get the film processed, once the drive through kiosks went away....  I just did a quick Google search and (in theory) there was a place the next town over from me -- but got a 404 error message when I tried to click on the link....  Ruth Morrisson aka inkstainedruth
