Differences Between Platinum Honest Pens

Bruno Taut has written about it already LINK but there are still some differences which I haven't seen elsewhere.

Look at the top of the pens, left is the red one - looks like the top shown by Bruno Taut. However, on the start of the clip is written Platinum R14K. On the band is additionally written "shine-gold" and the color of the cap just looks like gold-plated.

The top of the grey one has no icon. However, you can find the icon on the start of the clip.

 

The nibs are also different.

The red one has engraved: Platinum ICON 10 Years

The grey one: Platinum 10 Years ICON

 

What does the S N on the icon mean?

R14K probably means "rolled gold 14K" - as said here e.g. LINK

S N... could be Nakaya? considering the history of Platinum itself maybe they tried to do an international marketing

Yep it's the initials of Shunichi Nakaya
