Unidentified Pilot Pen

This Pilot fountain pen needs a cartrdige/converter replacement as the sac has ruptured. Unfortunately I cannot identify the mode which is probably The pen is now in India.
Any help would oblige greatly.

Many thanks Ehemem and Algester for your responses. I should add that the pen was given to the owner in the late 1970s and may have been imported to India from Japan.

Here is another picture of the currently fitted ink converter to this unidentified Pilot pen. I wonder if the picture will help identify a suitable replacement ink converter for the pen?

I think a Con40 should fit - they're slim enough to even fit in Pilot Cavaliers, and not overly long.
