That's a pretty little pen.  But I'll bite -- what is an "accordion fill" system?  I've never come across that description before.

Inside the pen there is a sac, similar to an accordion (see photo). To fill the pen, you need to unscrew the blind cap and press the button, the sac compresses like an accordion.

The collection of French pens is incredible. The dragonfly clip is outstanding.

That's a great collection of Bayards! I have a few myself... but nothing as nice as your lot. One thing I have found is that their ebonite pens are really robust, but some of the celluloids are prone to distortion, so it's hard to find one of their celluloid pens in really good condition. The caps, especially, have often shrunk at the end. 

The dragonfly clip is just gorgeous.
