Nemosine, Are They Still In Business?

I ordered two Nemosine Singularity pens direct from the Nemosine web site. They took my money via PayPal, and I received an order confirmation, but I've yet to receive a shipping confirmation, and that was a week ago. I emailed them, but heard nothing back.

 

Is Nemosine still in business? If so, is the lengthy delay before shipping normal? What about the lack of communication?

 

Thanks for any insight. Just want to know if I should start a process for a refund from PayPal.

As far as I know, nemosine is a tangent of xfountainpens.com I would order from them, my shipping has always been prompt.

Yes, I've ordered a few pens from xfountainpens last week and it was shipped within a day or two.

I've been waiting to hear when they got italic nibs in - this was supposed to be in May, but no word yet.

 

If they are moving that makes a huge difference - moving is its own special little H3LL

Just wanted to offer a quick update on this. I ended up opening an "item not received" case with PayPal, which was closed in my favor with a full refund. According to the case notes, it looks like PayPal never received a reply from Nemosine either.

 

A shame. Their "Singularity" pens looked like a good value. I was looking forward to trying an eyedropper conversion on the demonstrator version.

I would order the pens from Amazon or xfountainpens.com. The Singularity is an excellent pen for the money.
