Lamy Safari In India.

Hello,

 

I was planning to get myself Lamy Safari. As the place where I live has no shops that sells Lamy, I intend to buy it from amazon. But after lot of reading up on Lamy, I am not sure to if I should buy it online.

 

What is stopping from buying it from amazon is the presence of counterfeit Lamys on sale. Then ones on sale at amazon India site come with the converter free and most of the post on counterfeit Lamy point out as this being one the signs of fake Lamy, as the converter is sold separately.

 

Any help whether should I buy from amazon or not.

I'm sure Amazon buyer protection would cover you if your pen turned out to be a fake. Remember packaging etc can change between markets but I'm sure other forum members will be able to help conclude if its genuine or not. You could also look at the Glare t7, an Indian designed and manufactured pen based on the lamy.

maybe eBay..but i dont think amazon sells counterfeit products...just stick with amazon fulfilled if possible..

I would love to get a Pelikan or MB but my budget doesn't allow me to buy them maybe except the Pelikan Pelikano Junior and Twist.

 

My sister was invited to tour the MB factory but sadly she couldn't go.
