Cinco de Mayo...SIMPLICITY STYLE!

BTW, the green one is the Jade LE.

Oh, and to contribute minutiae beyond the photo, the FPN version is about 2mm shorter than the standard versions.

Very nice array.

I would kill for Chili bear.

Make you a bet, without looking it up 90% of folks don't know what Cinco de Mayo celebrates.

Mexican peasant victory over the French at the battle of Puebla. But I've lived in NM and Colorado my whole life, it is a big deal here.

jd50ae,

Is that 90% of FPN readers or 90% of residents of Texas? :P Either way, you would probably win the bet.

Now since we "tangentalizing", I would bet that more than 90% of readers do not know what the bottle of hot sauce in the photo has to do with the cinco...er, five Bexleys?

You got some cojones yourself, suggesting that 90% of us Texans would not know what Cinco de Mayo is about! But then, you folks from NM and Colorado never do give us much credit for anything. :P

I believe peapicker is the NM/Colorado guy who knew the answer. Here in the Great Lakes region, the latino population should know but I doubt most others would know beyond the promotions by bars and grocery stores. I guess I was thinking of those "Winter Texans" (like my parents were), as well as the thousands who left the rust belt years ago and migrated to Texas cities to find work. I certainly would not bet against any Texan regarding all things Mexican.

Re the hot sauce connection, in case anyone cares: It is produced in Columbus across town from the Bexley factory. :headsmack: Okay, okay, I know...boo, hiss! It's a stretch. I'll stop now.

quite a nice pen , enjoy it :)

Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time

Excellent review of a very sharp looking pen! Hopefully some more rod stock will be found so those of us who missed out can partake of the joy!
