Question On Omas Tip Sizes?

So my local B&M has a few Omas Arte Italiana Milord on sale for really cheap. But the problem is, they only have M nibs. I myself now like something of a western fine (lamy to be exact), and just wondering how thin/thick would a Omas M be like? I guess I could live with things thicker than a F, but maybe not by too much.

Some other questions:

1.I've never touched a M nib of any kind in my life; are mediums to thick in daily English writing/note taking?

2. I heard Omas Milord is a light pen; does it give a cheap feel? Or is the body high quality?

3. Also heard that Omas nibs are really wet. How extreme is it? Would some drier ink counter that a bit?

Current Task Force:

Sailor Koshu-Inden Petite Blossoms, Sailor 1911L, Sailor Realo, Cross Classic Century, Faber-Castell Ambition, Pilot Cavalier, Lamy Al-star, and an entire insane asylum full of Kawecos I regret buying.

Three words I would use to describe my Omas M nib: fat, wet, and smooth. It's significantly broader than my Lamy F nibs, and considerably wetter. I don't find it to be too broad for my hand, but YMMV.

Will they let you dip the pen and take it for a test drive?

They won't. They actually have fine nibs too but only with silver trim; I like the gold trim ones much better. I just borrowed my roommate's medium cross and I'm okay with it. Will the Omas be broader than a Cross M?

Definitely. Omas medium as explained earlier by PabloAU are wet, smooth and broadish side of medium. Will require a drier ink like pelican 4001

The Omas is likely broader than the Cross M you tried. All my Omas nibs are typically on the broader side of their stated tipping.
