What Hero Pen Is This

Very near to Kolkata Park street cemetary a place I love to visit for taking photos

i found a Hero Flex pen sold on footpath. Bought it in Rs.125.The pen is cute

and very wet nib with some flex in nib. Inscribed as Hero in English and chiense

but no model name,i could find on it.

 

 

Can anybody tell me the name of this model?

Thanks Mr Sanyal.Actually you know about every pen under the sun - not only the chinese pen. Probabaly you have even the collection of Pens made in Africa from Porcupine quills.

1.My pens nib has some flex and not a stiff one maybe the model has many versions.

2.Price is Rs 125-150 instead of Rs 486.

 

 

Sir i have a question. I think In Khajuraho temple a statue is there which is an example of the oldest statue in India/ world (?)where a Fountain pen was depicted in Architechture. (700 AD).So was the fountain pen invented in India.

Your pen is Rs 125. In fact I have another Hero 378 which my son had got as birthday gift cost Rs 80 from college street. The price I mentioned was probably ebay.in price.. college street pens are grey market import and they cost much lesser than ebay.com Chinese vendors. I personally find this is crazy!

 

Your Khajuraho photo is interesting......................... looks like a stylus pen used on a tab.........who knows if that too was invented in India!!

Rs 80 in college street. My god. I loose .You won.So ebay is a place where everything is 3-4 times higher.

 

Always i used to buy from Globe Traders in college street in my childhood.The shop was a small shop in Mohini Mohon Kanjilals house - on opposite side of college pen forum.I donot know wheather this exixts or not now. I have not visited college street in last 15 years - the place where i used to go everyday in my childhood as a student of Hindu school in late nineties . And also my gradfathers old house (maternal) was there in Sitaram Ghosh street.His forefather was Pyarichand Mitra who wrote Alaler gharey dulal the first bengali novel.

 

And regarding the Khajuraho Photo i think the Lady is using A Mont Blan Pen - model of which is probably 147.
