Lovely pen. But I wonder at the marketing policy of releasing so many high end special editions in one year. Surely it would have been better to space them out more (unless the plan is to carry on like this indefinitely)?

I think they plan to carry this out indefinitely—or at least until "we" stop buying them.

The Stresemann, 805 Demo and now this. Which one to get ? If this had a nice ink window like the hemingway, it would be a no brainer.

I have been in communication with IguanaSell, and just received an email that the release date may be pushed back until Oct.

 

As soon as they get pricing I will probably place a preorder. I bought my Stresemann from them, good price and fantastic delivery. Spain to E. Texas was faster than some UPS shipments from nearby Oklahoma!

Beautiful. I am going to buy this one. I've been thinking about the Stresemann but Gustav Stresemann's policy towards Poland was questionable at best, racist at worst, so I cannot bring myself to buying a pen dedicated to his memory.

Just noticed that Pelikan website now showing the Burnt Orange SE (as well as M600 Pink!)

My pen budget is blown to bits for a long while but it is oh so tempting. I'm wondering if I could kinda check the oil level by shining a string LED flash light or something...
