Advice On Pen Repair

Hi All:

 

I have a late 1950's/early 1960's Lalex Oro that needs a piston repair. I sent it off to a pen expert I have used before, but he could not repair it due to a lack of parts. I have attached some photo's of the pen. Does anyone have a suggestion as to who might be able to repair the pen? The piston turning knob comes off and is detached from a plastic rod as noted in the pictures. Thanks to all.
